Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

Here's the deal. These terms are an agreement between you and InnovativeLabs ("we" and "us"). We operate ColdCaller.ai. That is the website at coldcaller.ai and the app at app.coldcaller.ai. It is an AI voice calling and outreach tool for business teams.

Using the service

You can browse the website, apply for access, and use the app once you have an account. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.

Your contacts are your responsibility

You choose the people you upload and contact. You need the right to contact them. You also need to follow the calling and consent rules that apply to you. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), do-not-call lists, and similar rules where you or the person you are calling lives.

ColdCaller.ai is the tool. You decide who gets a call or a message.

Please use it decently

Use it for real business outreach. Do not use it to spam people, harass them, or break the law. We can pause an account that is used that way.

What you pay

If there is a charge, it is the price described when you sign up, or the price in your plan. This page does not list prices.

Your data is yours

You own the contacts, notes, and other content you put in the account. We use that content to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.

The AI can be wrong

The AI writes and speaks for you. It can make mistakes. Please review scripts, messages, and anything else it produces before you rely on them.

The service can change

We work to keep the site and the app available. Sometimes they will be down for a fix or an update. We may add, change, or remove features. If we stop offering the service, we will tell you and help you take your data with you.

Cancel anytime

You can stop whenever you want. Email hello@coldcaller.ai and we will close the account. Cancelling stops future use. It does not, by itself, undo a charge your plan already describes.

A few limits

We provide ColdCaller.ai as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or right for every purpose. We are not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses. If we are responsible for something, the most we would owe is what you paid us for the service. Some places do not allow limits like these. Where that is true, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
